Services
Websites, automation and ongoing care.
Practical help for small businesses, scoped in writing so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Websites
A clear, fast website that explains what you do and makes it easy for customers to get in touch or book.
We start with what your customers need to know and do, then design pages around that. Enquiry forms can collect the details you would otherwise chase by phone, so the first message you receive is already useful.
What this can include
- New websites and redesigns
- Service pages written in plain English
- Enquiry forms that ask the right questions
- Booking integrations with tools you choose
- Mobile improvements for existing sites
ExampleFor example: a bakery’s enquiry form that asks for the date, servings and design ideas up front, so you can quote without a phone call.
Business automation
Small, practical automations that take repetitive admin off your plate while you stay in control.
Automation here means options to explore, not a system you must adopt. We look at the steps you repeat, suggest what could be handled automatically, and keep a human approval step wherever you want one. Some tasks are better left manual, and we will say so.
What this can include
- Enquiry tracking in one place
- Quote follow-ups
- Appointment reminders
- Order and job status updates
- Connections between your existing tools
ExampleFor example: a repair shop sends a short update when an estimate is ready and when an item is ready for collection, after staff approve each message.
Website care
Ongoing help to keep your site accurate, working and improving, with the scope agreed up front.
Care arrangements set out exactly what is included, how to request changes, and what counts as new work. There is no vague “unlimited support”, so you always know what to expect.
What this can include
- Content and price updates
- Maintenance and software updates
- Troubleshooting when something breaks
- Small ongoing improvements
- A clear, written support scope
ExampleFor example: a monthly check that forms still deliver, plus a set number of content updates, as agreed in your care scope.
Pricing
Project pricing based on a clear, agreed scope.
Every business is different, so there is no one-size price list. After an initial conversation you receive a written proposal.
The proposal sets out the deliverables, the milestones, the project cost and any ongoing costs, such as hosting, third-party tools or an optional care arrangement. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
- Deliverables described in plain English
- Milestones you can review
- Project cost and any ongoing costs listed separately
- Support scope written down, never “unlimited”
Ownership & handover
What you would own at the end
Proposed approach. The terms below describe the intended approach. Final terms are agreed in writing in each project proposal.
The proposed approach is that, once the agreed project fees are paid, you own your website content, your domain name and the accounts set up in your name. Where practical, those accounts are set up in your name from the start.
At handover you would receive the logins you need, a short plain-English guide to making common updates, and a note of any third-party services the site or automation depends on.
Some tools (for example a booking system or email service) are run by other companies under their own terms and pricing. Any of these would be listed in your proposal.
