Websites & business automation for small businesses

A better website. Less everyday admin.

Beyond Imagination builds websites and practical automations for small businesses—helping you handle enquiries, coordinate bookings and keep everyday work organised.

Founder-led · Plain-English proposals · You stay in control

Does any of this sound familiar?

Most small businesses don’t need more software. They need the tools they already have to work together a little better.

  • Enquiries arrive everywhere

Phone, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, a contact form. Details get scattered and the occasional message slips through.

  • The same questions, every week

Prices, availability, what’s included, how to prepare. You answer them one message at a time.

  • “Is it ready yet?”

Customers call to check on an order or repair because they can’t see where things stand.

  • Reminders done by hand

Appointment reminders and quote follow-ups depend on someone remembering to send them.

  • A website that’s hard to change

Out-of-date information, awkward on phones, and nobody quite sure how to update it.

  • Copying details between tools

The same customer name and order typed into a form, a spreadsheet and a calendar.

How it works

A simple, five-step process

You’ll always know what’s happening next and what it costs.

  1. Understand

A conversation about your business, your customers and where time goes. No preparation needed.

  2. Scope

A written proposal with deliverables, milestones and costs, including any ongoing costs.

  3. Build

Work in agreed stages, with previews you can review and comment on before anything goes live.

  4. Launch

Final checks, go-live and a handover of logins and a short guide to making updates.

  5. Support

Optional ongoing care with a clearly written scope, or simply get in touch when you need changes.

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Aryan.

Beyond Imagination is my studio. When you work with us, you work directly with me, from the first conversation through to launch and any ongoing support. There are no account managers and no hand-offs.

I focus on practical changes for owner-run businesses: a website that answers customers’ questions, and small automations that save you from repeating the same admin every week.

FAQs

Questions you might have

Do I need a brand-new website?

Not necessarily. Sometimes a few clearer pages, a better enquiry form or mobile fixes on your current site will do more than a rebuild. We will talk through the options before recommending anything.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing is based on a clear, agreed scope. After an initial conversation you receive a written proposal setting out deliverables, milestones, the project cost and any ongoing costs.

What does “automation” actually mean for a small business?

Usually small things: an enquiry form that files details in one place, a reminder sent the day before an appointment, or a message when an order is ready. We suggest options based on what you tell us, and you decide what is worth doing.

Which tools do you work with?

That depends on what you already use and what fits your budget. We would rather connect the tools you have than ask you to learn new ones. Any third-party service would be named in your proposal, with its own costs listed.

Will automation take over conversations with my customers?

No. The aim is to handle repetitive steps, not replace the personal service your customers come to you for. Messages can be set up to need your approval before they are sent.

Who owns the website when it’s finished?

The proposed approach is that you own your content, domain and the accounts set up in your name once the agreed fees are paid. Final terms are always written into your proposal before work begins.

Do you work with businesses outside my country?

Conversations can take place by video call and email, so location is not a barrier in itself. Meeting times are arranged to suit both time zones.

What happens after I get in touch?

Aryan reads your message and replies by email, either with a few follow-up questions or to arrange a short conversation. There is no obligation, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Tell us what’s taking up your time.

Share a little about your business and what you’d like to improve. You’ll get a personal reply from Aryan. No obligation, and no mailing list.
